I
try always to create community based works which contribute
to my own practice. Here I was delighted to work in the Medieval
Undercroft of Norton Priory, where I now have a studio.
Work
was created and existed for only 4 hours on Midsummer Day
2002. I approached visitors to the priory and asked them "How
are you?" an innocent enough question. Having got their
attention I then got them to think about their standard answer
of "fine" and to write a more sincere answer on
the tags, which could then be read by all. This work is to
become a permanent addition to the Norton Priory site, to
which visitors can continue to contribute.
